Founder and co-owner of Blooming Hearts Roastery & Cafe. In a world of uncertainty, coffee brings me comfort and makes me feel warm, relaxed and connected. I have been roasting coffee and learning the science at home for years, but in 2022, I signed a lease for a space in my hometown of Milford, MA where I am excited to connect with and serve the community. When not roasting and serving coffee, Adriana and I are watching all kinds of horror movies and playing with our cat (Basil). Come on in, I'd love to chat. 

Adriana Ciliotta

Co-owner of Blooming Hearts Roastery & Cafe. I attended a barista course in my hometown of Lima, Peru, where I learned about the history of and proper brewing techniques of coffee. I find the process of coffee roasting peaceful and enjoy the challenge. Blooming Hearts is about family and bringing some warmth and happiness into your hearts... and bellies.
